McCord ImprovementUnify Strength Answers, a company of administration and automation methods for professional vitality usage, leased 39,930 sq. toes at 13221 Lockwood Highway in Era Park’s Lockwood Business enterprise Park.
Technology Park is a 4,200-acre venture of McCord Advancement in the Lake Houston region of northeast Houston. The offer will deliver additional than 100 workers to region on the company’s relocation in March.

Lockwood Company Park’s 124,618-square-foot Building 2 is now 100 percent leased. Other tenants in the building are GHX Industrial and Freestone. A third constructing totaling 66,000 sq. toes will open in 2022.
