Tesla hit with yet another lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, and retaliation by management

A 2nd Tesla worker within just one month has filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment at the workplace, in accordance to experiences by Reuters and Small business Insider. Erica Cloud, an assembly line worker at Tesla, filed a lawsuit in California’s Alameda County Superior Court, declaring that she knowledgeable “continuous and pervasive” sexual harassment in the manufacturing unit where she labored.

As famous by Reuters, Cloud’s lawsuit alleges that her supervisor hugged and massaged her, and promises that she was also issue to her manager’s vulgar and sexual remarks.
